Lately…
It’s been a while since I’ve really been in the blog world, so here is an update of what’s been going on lately.
A few weeks ago, I went to Pasadena for a mini vacation and Lindsay took me to Santa Monica and later that night we went dancing. Quite a date I’d say.
I took a trip to Ohio where I got to see some family that I haven’t seen in a while. I love my family and I wish they didn’t live so far away… but vacations every summer will have to do :) It still amazes me that just since it all began five years ago the kids almost outnumber the “adults” and I’m no longer one of the kids. Yikes! How time flies! (not everyone pictured)
I got to meet my sweet Goddaughter, Felicity, for the first time. 
I made a Mickey Mouse cake for my nephew
He loved it :)
I turned 23.
Summer arrived in Riverside this week…
And it’s still making its way to Orange County where we only caught a glimpse of the sun. 
A few things that don’t have pictures…
-I’ve really been enjoying the new pastor at my church. He really stretches me to grow closer to the Lord with everything I do and I look forward to listening to him preach the Gospel every Sunday.
-My Sunday school class graduated to the frogs classroom this week. My two-year-olds are potty-trained, walking, talking, and ready for preschool! Next time I teach I’ll have a brand new class of bunnies. So bitter/sweet :)
-I have started the application process for several teaching jobs in and around Orange County. That’s right, I’m hoping for a full time position starting in the fall!
-I’m getting ready for a garage sale this week at home and our condo has officially become wedding central- I love it!
-The Lord and all He does is good.
